Now onto my cards!
Card 1 and 2: Arch of Flowers Stamp, Die and Simple Coloring Stencil Set
I made an easel card for this first design as I wanted to make the most of the circular stamp. The image was embossed with Golden Peach Crisp Embossing Powder and coloured with various dye inks. The sentiments are from the One Go Stamp and Die Set stamped with Obsidian Pigment ink onto Brushed Rose Metallic Cardstock.
I used the stamp at a different angle on two opposite corners of the A2 panel so the image looks like it is a straight image, rather than the arch shape. Simple colouring and a black panel behind the white panel frames the card nicely.
Card 3 and 4: Precious Doodles Stamp and Die Set
I love the emboss resist technique for a quick and simple, but very pretty card. I ink blended buttercream and coral bliss pigment inks onto an A2 panel and then stamped the floral images over the entire panel using embossing ink and pure white embossing powder. A few clear sequins add some sparkle for the finishing touch.
I created a wreath design for this card, added antique gold embossing powder to the stamped images and cut the card to a 5×5 inch card size. The base is cut from Brushed Gold Metallic cardstock and the sentiment is from the One Go Birthday Die set.
Card 5 and 6: Dazzling Dahlia Stamp, Die and Coloring Stencil Set
I used Linear Spiral stamp for the background panel stamped with embossing ink and heat embossed using Translucent Pearl Crisp Embossing Powder. Black cardstock frames this panel to help it stand out more. The images were stamped with obsidian ink and coloured with dye inks. Some black enamel dots add the finishing touch.
I crated this panel using the ink smooshing technique and then splattering all the same colours over the panel to add more texture and a mottled effect. Once the panel was completely dry, I embossed the floral images using pure white embossing powder and then added more white details using a white coloured pencil.
Card 7 and 8: Linear Spiral Stamp Set
This stamp set is such a great one for making masculine cards. This monochromatic black and white colour scheme with holographic cardstock from my stash to add shine added the finishing touches. The sentiment is die cut from the All About You Word Die Set
Another masculine card using blues, teals and green dye inks for the colour scheme. I used antique silver embossing powder to the stamped image which shows up really well with the darker inks used. I added a focal image in the middle with Just Leaves die set cut from Brushed Silver metallic cardstock.
