Welcome to my blog. My name is Annemarie, and I was born in Durban, South Africa. My love for scrapbooking started back in 2004 when I was introduced to scrapbooking by a friend in my close circle of friends. My son, Matthew, was just 2 years old then so it was natural that I would make him my main focus when creating layouts. My passion grew and I started a small store from my home. This grew very quickly, and space was very limited, so I opened a Scrapbook Store in Pretoria, South Africa. Because of how I started this craft, I named my shop “Circle of Friends Scrapbook Studio”. I loved designing kits and teaching classes, and my business was very successful. In 2009 my husband and son and I emigrated to Christchurch, New Zealand and I very quickly found a local store to visit and joined their regular crops. Through my love of this craft, I have made some wonderful friends who enjoy the craft as much as I do.
